XFactor is one of the most popular tv shows in Italy, as the fascination exerted by discovering new talents in the field of music entwines with the unique personality of the four judges.
Given the opportunity to assist to the backstage and tryouts of the 5th episode, I reflected on what most fascinates me about the complex machine that gives life to the tv show. The outcome is a study around the work of the Creative Director, in order to explore the importance and emotional impact of the visuals built around the more obvious musical aspect.
